In order for us to provide an efficient service, we request 24 hours notice is given when cancelling appointments. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if the appointment is not kept or enough notice is not given. For packages and treatments lasting 1 or more hours, a 50% credit card deposit may be required and 48 hour cancellation.
